One of the nice things about March is that winter is almost over. We can all agree that this winter has been bitterly cold. I’m sure none of us will be sad to see its end. Once St. Patrick’s Day arrives, I know spring will soon be here. The aroma of corned beef cooking in the crockpot all day is something I always look forward to. The transition from winter to spring brings some crazy temperature fluctuations. Very cold one day to mild like temperatures the next. This year, we change the clocks again on March 8th. The longer daylight hours are always welcome. Although I am not a baseball fan, the start of the baseball season with opening day being on March 25th, is another sign of spring, I am happy to see.
