IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR CC RESIDENTS WHO PAY THE MONTHLY MAINTENANCE HOA FEE THROUGH OUR ON-SITE MANAGEMENT OFFICE
Beginning June 1st, 2025, our on-site Management Office (Carl’s office/Carl) will no longer accept payment of the Monthly Maintenance HOA Fee (payment in any form). On June 20th, 2023, Corner Property Management issued a letter to all residents explaining the proper procedure for submitting payment of the monthly fee. Paying the fee through our on-site management office was not one of the acceptable methods of payment. However, many residents continued to make payment through our on-site office. Several issues developed during this time, and so it is necessary for the proper procedure to now be enforced.
To continue paying by check (as opposed to setting up payment through your banking institution), you are required to use the following procedure:
Make your check payable to Cranberry Creek HOA (NOT Corner Property Management) and include your account number on the memo line. If you do not have your account number, please contact Carl in the Association Management Office prior to submitting your June payment.

When mailing, be sure to allow adequate mailing time to avoid incurring possible late fees. As stated above, this procedure will go into effect with the June 1st, 2025, Monthly Maintenance Fee payment. The month of May is the last payment that will be accepted on-site, if necessary. No exceptions after May.
